Eligibility and player accounts
You must be an adult to play, and gambling must be lawful where you live. Only one account is permitted per person, household, IP address and computer. Registration details must be complete and accurate. Login details must not be shared, and accounts cannot be transferred.
Payments and verification
Withdrawals are generally made using the same method as deposits. Identity and account checks must be completed before a withdrawal is approved. Accounts are settled internally in euros; currency conversion and intermediary banks may incur additional charges.
Bonuses
Bonus winnings can only be withdrawn once wagering requirements are met. Each bonus is subject to the terms of its promotion. Deposit bonuses cannot be combined.
Prohibited activity
Multiple accounts, collusion, automated play and exploiting software errors are prohibited. Breaches may result in account suspension or closure and the forfeiture of winnings.
Inactive accounts and complaints
After twelve months without logging in, a monthly administration fee of up to €10 may apply if the account has a positive balance. Send complaints and account closure requests to support. Further identity verification may be required when closing an account.
